Pounds on hand. +1 gal adds a gallon at that ink's weight (whites ~12.5 lb, colors ~10 lb). Par is the level the reorder sheet restocks to. Runs logged from the studio's Ink Usage tab draw the shelf down automatically — and the studio's "what's on my shelf" constraint reads this list.
